Expect delays. Roads will be periodically closed throughout the day. Schedule - Crews begin around 7:30 a.m., starting in cul-de-sacs and moving to main streets, and typically finish around 6:00 p.m. - Traffic coordinators will be on site to direct vehicles and answer questions. Driveways and fresh material - A cone placed in your driveway indicates fresh oil. If you need assistance while a cone is in place, contact a Flagger or the Traffic Control Supervisor. - Material typically dries in 30 minutes but may take up to 2 hours to fully cure. Do not drive on or turn around on fresh material. To prevent damage, avoid turning your wheels while stationary on fresh material. Irrigation and services - Turn off irrigation systems on the scheduled dates and keep them off for 24 hours after work is completed. - Notify any lawn care, cleaning, or contractor services about the work. Parking and property - Remove all vehicles from the roadway; vehicles left during construction will be towed. - No overnight parking is allowed after your road is completed. - Please move basketball goals off the street or curb. We encourage residents to check back frequently for updates and appreciated your continued patience and cooperation as we work to improve your streets This is our plan for the zones we will be working in on each workday. Our workdays are Monday through Friday. Please check back often for updates, as this plan may change due to circumstances that arise in real time. We will do our very best to follow this schedule. Due to changing rain chances, we will not be able to work on the cul-de-sacs today. We will return Monday to resume work for the week.
We have completed the Hollywood Hills subdivision (Green Zone). This morning we will work on the cul-de-sacs in the Rolling Hills subdivision (Orange Zone). We will return Monday afternoon and continue work next week in the remaining areas.
Due to wet conditions this morning, we were unable to complete the cul-de-sacs in the Rolling Hills subdivision and will not be working there today. We will finish the Hollywood Hills subdivision today and, weather permitting, complete the Rolling Hills cul-de-sacs tomorrow morning.
We will begin resurfacing in the Rolling Hills subdivision this morning. Crews will start in the cul-de-sacs, then return to Hollywood Heights this afternoon to complete the remaining roads.
